Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears defective, contact A1barbersupplymgmt@gmail.com promptly with your order number, details, and relevant photos so we can review the issue. Contact us before returning any merchandise.

Product Care & Warranties
Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or normal wear is excluded from this policy. Any manufacturer warranty remains subject to its terms.
